Approval and review

GREATIC confirms receipt within two business days. George King reviews a complete application within five business days for relevant audience, authentic channel, accurate product presentation and clear disclosure. An overdue application is escalated to Nicolas King.

Send applications, program questions, payment questions and privacy requests to info@greatic.net with a clear subject. GREATIC routes each request to the responsible role below.

Attribution, coupons and commission

The reviewed ledger uses WooCommerce order and refund records as the source of truth. Historical order values are not recalculated when exchange rates change.

• The last qualifying affiliate click within 30 days receives link attribution when Marketing consent is available.
• An active coupon assigned to one approved partner takes priority over a referral cookie; each order has one partner.
• A normal store coupon does not erase a qualifying referral.
• Self-purchases by the partner, household members or controlled companies, test orders and wholesale orders do not earn commission.
• Cancellations, full or partial refunds, rejected payments and chargebacks create auditable commission reversals.
• Commission is 10% of eligible discounted net merchandise only, excluding tax, shipping, duties, gift cards and excluded products.

Prohibited promotion

These rules protect customers, partners and the GREATIC brand. A serious breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

• Bidding on GREATIC, product names or close misspellings in paid search without written approval
• Pretending to be GREATIC or registering confusing domains, accounts or handles
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, toolbars, pop-ups or automatic redirects
• Spam, scraped outreach, purchased lists or email/SMS without valid consent
• False scarcity, fabricated discounts, misleading coupons or unsupported product, health or safety claims
• Self-referrals, orders placed for others to earn commission, transaction splitting or other manipulation
• Adult, hateful, violent, illegal, discriminatory or otherwise brand-unsafe content

Payment, tax identity and records

Creek Lu executes approved PayPal payments. GREATIC does not collect tax IDs or payment credentials through the public application form.

• George King reviews mature commission. Creek Lu prepares the payment batch, Nicolas King independently approves it, and Creek Lu executes the PayPal payment.
• Payout review is monthly and an eligible batch is paid by the 15th of the following month. A balance below USD 100 rolls forward without expiring.
• Payment is in USD. Any recipient or currency-conversion fee charged by PayPal is the affiliate’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Before the first payout, Finance privately verifies the applicable W-9, W-8 or local equivalent tax identity. Never submit a tax ID through the public form.
• Affiliate applications and ledger records are retained for 24 months, then deleted or anonymised unless the affected record is under a documented dispute, chargeback, fraud review or legal hold.

Role permissions

Affiliates see only their own links, coupons, aggregate clicks, attributed-order summaries, commissions, payouts and approved creative assets. They never receive customer contact, address or payment data.

• Program owner and reviewer — George King: application decisions, policy compliance, creative approval, suspension and mature-commission review.
• Website owner, privacy lead and independent payout approver — Nicolas King: technical access, security, exports, deletions and payment-batch approval.
• Finance payer — Creek Lu: tax-status verification, payment-batch preparation, PayPal execution and payment records.
• The batch creator cannot approve that batch; the approver cannot execute its payment. A refund or chargeback clears prior approval and returns the batch to independent approval.
• Affiliate partner: own program data only; no customer PII, other affiliate data or administrative settings.

Privacy, export and deletion

Affiliate records use least-privilege access. Partners can request an authenticated export or deletion through info@greatic.net; information not required for financial, tax, fraud or dispute records is deleted or anonymised.

Disclosure formats by channel

The disclosure must be clear, close to the recommendation or link and visible before a person acts. It cannot be hidden in a hashtag block, footer or profile page.

Suspension and termination

Ordinary termination requires seven days’ written notice. GREATIC may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, self-purchase, missing disclosure, misleading claims, privacy or trademark misuse, or another serious platform breach.

• At termination, links, coupons and private access are disabled and the affiliate must stop using GREATIC marks.
• Legitimate commission that completed the lock and review process remains payable under the reversal, hold and threshold rules; pending, invalid or reversed commission is not payable.
