One year from the original purchase date for eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, together with mandatory local consumer rights.
Coverage
A confirmed eligible defect may be addressed by troubleshooting, repair, replacement of the affected component, product replacement or another remedy required by law.
Exclusions
Normal wear, misuse, accidents, improper charging, water exposure, unauthorised modification or repair, commercial abuse and use contrary to the instructions are excluded where law permits.
Powered-base troubleshooting
When evidence confirms that a GT-1 fault is limited to the powered-base battery or electronics, the base may be replaced without replacing the stainless-steel mug body.

Provide the order information, product model, description and reasonable photo or video evidence. Do not send a product until instructions are provided.
