Affiliate applications and program records
GREATIC uses application details to review partners and to operate attribution, commission and payout records. Applications and programme records are retained for 24 months, then deleted or anonymised unless the affected record is subject to a documented dispute, chargeback, fraud review or legal hold. Request a verified export or deletion at info@greatic.net. Do not send tax IDs or payment credentials through the public application.
Affiliate referral cookie
With Marketing consent, a valid affiliate link may set the first-party greatic_partner_affiliate_ref cookie for 30 days. It contains only the approved affiliate code and supports last-click commission attribution. Withdrawing Marketing consent clears the cookie and stops new link attribution. Assigned affiliate coupons can still provide coupon-based attribution at checkout.
Only programme reviewers and finance or privacy staff with assigned access may use private records. Partners see only their own account data.
