How to clean and care for the GT-1

Protect the magnetic and charging contacts with the correct wipe-clean routine.

Wipe clean only

Empty the GT-1 and use a soft, slightly damp cloth on the drinking vessel. Do not rinse or soak the mug and do not place it in a dishwasher or microwave.

Keep every contact dry

Dry the mug, magnetic interface, powered base and charging contact surfaces completely before reconnecting them. Moisture around the powered system can cause damage.

Avoid unsuitable tools and cleaners

Do not use abrasive pads, metal tools or aggressive cleaners that could damage the finish, sealing surfaces or electrical contacts. Follow the product manual for the current product-specific instructions.

Inspect before use

Stop using the product, disconnect it safely and contact support if the base, cable or contact surface appears damaged. Include the model, order details when available and clear photos.
