Replace the base, not the mug body

What the modular design does not mean
The removable base is a matched powered component, not a universal charger or generic mug warmer. Use only the compatible GREATIC base and follow the supplied installation and care guidance.
Keep magnetic contacts dry
Before attaching or charging a base, make sure every magnetic and charging contact is clean and completely dry. Stop use and contact support if a contact surface appears damaged.
