Shipping windows
United States and Canada standard shipping is free and estimated at 7-15 business days; express is estimated at 3-7 business days with an equivalent US$8 fee. United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and Australia standard shipping is free and estimated at 10-20 business days; express is estimated at 7-15 business days with an equivalent US$12 fee.
Processing and transit
Order-processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Weather, customs, carrier capacity, address issues and other events outside reasonable control can cause delay.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking is provided where available after fulfilment. Send address corrections immediately with the order number; changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
Customs, duties and taxes

Damage, loss and Amazon orders
