Store use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate account, order and delivery information. Do not interfere with security, submit malicious code or misuse protected content.
Product information
GREATIC works to present products, prices, images, availability and limitations accurately. Scene imagery does not add items that are not listed as included. Coming-soon products cannot be ordered.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. GREATIC may accept, decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, shipping-restriction or legal reasons. Available payment methods and the final order total are shown at checkout.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Eligible direct orders may request a return within 30 days of delivery. A one-year limited warranty applies to eligible defects under normal use, subject to the published policies and mandatory local rights.
Safe product use
Follow the product manual. The GT-1 is wipe-clean only and must not be rinsed, soaked, dishwashed or microwaved. Keep magnetic and charging contacts dry.
Third-party services
Payment providers, carriers, Amazon and other linked services apply their own terms and privacy practices. Amazon purchases are separate from the direct GREATIC checkout.
