George King reviews a complete application within five business days for relevant audience, authentic channel, accurate product presentation and clear disclosure. An overdue application is escalated to Nicolas King.<\/p><ul class=\"ke-affiliate-checklist\"><li>Real, accessible public channel<\/li><li>Relevant coffee, home, office, gift or technology audience<\/li><li>Authentic content and accurate GREATIC product claims<\/li><li>Clear affiliate disclosure near each qualifying link<\/li><li>No spam, impersonation, forced clicks or deceptive traffic<\/li><\/ul><\/section><section class=\"ke-affiliate-section\"><h2>Attribution, coupons and commission<\/h2><p>The reviewed ledger uses WooCommerce order and refund records as the source of truth. Historical order values are not recalculated when exchange rates change.<\/p><ul class=\"ke-affiliate-checklist\"><li>The last qualifying affiliate click within 30 days receives link attribution when Marketing consent is available.<\/li><li>An active coupon assigned to one approved partner takes priority over a referral cookie; each order has one partner.<\/li><li>A normal store coupon does not erase a qualifying referral.<\/li><li>Self-purchases by the partner, household members or controlled companies, test orders and wholesale orders do not earn commission.<\/li><li>Cancellations, full or partial refunds, rejected payments and chargebacks create auditable commission reversals.<\/li><li>Commission is 10% of eligible discounted net merchandise only, excluding tax, shipping, duties, gift cards and excluded products.<\/li><\/ul><\/section><section class=\"ke-affiliate-section\"><h2>Prohibited promotion<\/h2><p>These rules protect customers, partners and the GREATIC brand. A serious breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination.<\/p><ul class=\"ke-affiliate-checklist\"><li>Bidding on GREATIC, product names or close misspellings in paid search without written approval<\/li><li>Pretending to be GREATIC or registering confusing domains, accounts or handles<\/li><li>Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, toolbars, pop-ups or automatic redirects<\/li><li>Spam, scraped outreach, purchased lists or email\/SMS without valid consent<\/li><li>False scarcity, fabricated discounts, misleading coupons or unsupported product, health or safety claims<\/li><li>Self-referrals, orders placed for others to earn commission, transaction splitting or other manipulation<\/li><li>Adult, hateful, violent, illegal, discriminatory or otherwise brand-unsafe content<\/li><\/ul><\/section><section class=\"ke-affiliate-section\"><h2>Payment, tax identity and records<\/h2><p>Creek Lu executes approved PayPal payments. GREATIC does not collect tax IDs or payment credentials through the public application form.<\/p><ul class=\"ke-affiliate-checklist\"><li>George King reviews mature commission. Creek Lu prepares the payment batch, Nicolas King independently approves it, and Creek Lu executes the PayPal payment.<\/li><li>Payout review is monthly and an eligible batch is paid by the 15th of the following month. A balance below USD 100 rolls forward without expiring.<\/li><li>Payment is in USD. Any recipient or currency-conversion fee charged by PayPal is the affiliate\u2019s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.<\/li><li>Before the first payout, Finance privately verifies the applicable W-9, W-8 or local equivalent tax identity. Never submit a tax ID through the public form.<\/li><li>Affiliate applications and ledger records are retained for 24 months, then deleted or anonymised unless the affected record is under a documented dispute, chargeback, fraud review or legal hold.<\/li><\/ul><\/section><section class=\"ke-affiliate-section\"><h2>Suspension and termination<\/h2><p>Ordinary termination requires seven days\u2019 written notice. GREATIC may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, self-purchase, missing disclosure, misleading claims, privacy or trademark misuse, or another serious platform breach.<\/p><ul class=\"ke-affiliate-checklist\"><li>Either GREATIC or the affiliate may terminate ordinary participation with seven days\u2019 written notice.<\/li><li>GREATIC may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, self-purchase, non-disclosure, misleading claims, privacy or trademark misuse, or another serious platform breach.<\/li><li>At termination, links, coupons and private access are disabled and the affiliate must stop using GREATIC marks.<\/li><li>Legitimate commission that completed the lock and review process remains payable under the reversal, hold and threshold rules; pending, invalid or reversed commission is not payable.<\/li><\/ul><\/section><p>Commission: 10% of eligible net merchandise.
